Bandung Design Biennale is an initiative arises from a fundamental idea. It is purely to expose the potential power of design in Bandung. 

The acceptance of Bandung to Unesco Creative Cities Network (UCCN) in December 2015 as The City of Design is an opportunity yet a challenge to advocate the city’s creative potential. House The House proposed BDB and involved to form  the idea since 2013. As part of founding member and serve as a board with Forum Design Bandung in early 2015. Bandung Design Biennale is aimed since then to become a platform for creators to connect, collaborate, commerce and cellebrate ideas.
